ACCOMODATION AND FOOD

Accommodation is in three- to six-bed rooms or on mattress in meditation hall.
The diet includes foods of the high quality and superfoods.
All food at the workshop will be vegan and sugar-free.

Bed in room with detoxification food is 60 EUR per day
Mattress in meditation hall with detoxification food is 55 EUR per day

In this seminar we will detoxify your body with a special focus on the pineal gland. The pineal gland is the seat of our spirituality and is responsible for our longevity, intuition and enlightenment. During the workshop we will cleanse the body with a specially designed diet that will, among other things, support the processes that will take place on it. The diet is mostly gluten-free, vegan (no meat or dairy), and sugar-free. Also, we will not drink coffee, black tea, alcohol and will not smoke during the seminar. We will eat light, specially formulated meals, fruits, vegetables, fresh fruit juices and smoothies, soups, cereals, rice and a variety of foods called superfoods that have high nutritional value and are beneficial to health such as unroasted cocoa, chlorella, macadamia nuts, chia seeds, quinoa,…
